Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, property information, service details, and safe access to the service area. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for work at the property.
SMS and customer communications
By contacting AirDuctify or submitting a service request, you authorize AirDuctify and its service providers to contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message where permitted. If you choose to opt in, you agree to receive automated customer care SMS messages from AirDuctify regarding your quote, appointment, and service updates. Message frequency varies.
